On this page, you’ll find more information about Seiverkot’s service charges. All prices include the applicable value-added tax (25.5% VAT).
Construction site equipment rental

Site board installation, removal, and relocation

Work and travel charges

Daily allowance is charged per the Finnish Tax Administration policy, plus a 30% handling and billing surcharge
Material billing
Materials used during work are billed at purchase price + 30% handling and billing surcharge. For material-only sales, the surcharge is 40%.

Transportation and maintenance costs are invoiced separately. Fuel, storage, or cost-based pricing includes a 30% handling and billing surcharge.
